Homeless man wanders aimlessly

I cry at this. When my son was out there doing heroin years ago. I thought I saw him in a parking lot as I drove by. I got out and ran to him, but it wasn’t him. Yet I sat next to this young man I put my arms around him and told him I loved him. Bought him some food and we visited for a bit.
I began to see others and sit with them, talk and hug them, pray with them reminding them how special and beautiful they were..
I hoped with all my heart someone showed my son the same type of love.
My son is clean now married with a 3 year old daughter. I thank God.🙏🏼
I still stop from time to time. I’m 67 now

You can tell he's one of our veterans ex-marine instead of taking care of the ones that fought for our country this is what they do with them after they dealt with the harsh punishment of war
