It’s about Nikocado Avocado. I’m actually surprised you haven’t heard of him. He’s a 28 year old Ukrainian Mukbanger who was originally a professional violinist and vegan but since his mukbangs became more popular, he did more and more and more of them, blaming viewers for his weight gain and claiming it is water weight.

Surprised you guys haven't heard of him.
His name is Nikocado Avocado, and he's (I think) the most popular mukbanger on YouTube right now, but mainly because his life is a massive trainwreck. He used to be a professional violinist and a healthy-looking vegan, but then he and his boyfriend Orlin started mukbanging, and ever since they've gained hundreds of pounds over the course of 5 years. And over the course of that time, pretty much everything in Nikocado's life has gradually worsened along with his health, mostly his relationship with Orlin and his psychological state, although he plays a lot of it up for his videos. Basically, he keeps getting attention because people keep watching him as he's slowly eating his life away for clicks and views. His health has suffered dramatically, and his sanity is up in the air, but he continues eating monstrous amounts of food every single day and continues playing his conditions up to his audience in order to keep the proverbial (and literal) gravy train rolling. And at this point, it's starting to seem like he might eat himself into an early grave. Basically, he's become something of a poster child for the dangers of damaging your own well-being for internet clout. You can look up his videos, they're truly revolting and sad on a different level.
This video is basically MeatCanyon reaching out and trying to tell Nikocado to get his fucking life together before it's too late.

Sad thing is, Mukbang was originally just people eating food and chatting. Almost like you were on a dinner date with a stranger, but they were on youtube and you watched while also having dinner.. now it's... this.
