Hey All. Longtime Line6 user investigating the Boss units. Is Boss completely done with the plasticky sound? How does their verbs cmpare to HX Effects which I guess the Core is competing against? Thanks for any insights/info and Best Regards.

With that great guitar, there may be some effects device out there that marginally sounds better, . With her playing, it doesn't really matter at all. Excellent!

Hi Nita, are you using the core to play exclusively? Just wondering how your adjusting to the lack of switches, which Im sure your dealing with, as the gt1000 had more switching capabilities. Although the core is smaller, it needs external switches to do the same things you were doing with the 1000. Also, I noticed your using both output channels (stereo) to FOH. Is that aspect working out? It seems I get better output using mono out, but in a stadium, that must be different. Peace

I had to disable the distortion and connect a separate distortion pedal. But it threw a amp. All these u beaut multy effect boards. Still have along way to go.

One question: looking forward to Black Friday deals to get an amp modeller, but I have a big problem:

- Love Kemper Stage's profiling and sharing capability.
- Love GT 1000 Core's size and price point.
- Love Neural Cortex's promising specs and UI based on nothing yet.

What should I do? Any thoughts? (I can afford any of them, but I am definitely not rich 😆)

Hello Nita! What do you think about the UI of the Boss multiFX pedals? Do you like them? Both Helix and Mooer has much better UI with colorful easy-to-read screens. What's you point in this regard?
