The fear mongering by brands and "influencers" are to sell you something. Thats fear tactic #4 in the handbook.

I always check/google the ingredients INDIVIDUALLY, and if they are safe for the skin (& since I don't have any allergies)... I use them🤷🏽‍♀️.

Thank you so much for this video. I understand this is more about hair products we apply on our hair but what are your thoughts on braiding hair being toxic ?

I understand completely your stance regarding the safeness of certain ingredients. But what are your thoughts about the cumulative potential of some of these ingredients? Parabens for example. If someone uses shampoo, DC, leave-in, styling cream, gel and body care and fragrance products regularly, all with "safe" levels individually is it really safe? Especially if the combined levels are high and/or the person is heavy handed.
And if their diet and environment exposes them to more toxins (which is many folks in the US reality, esp the environment), how do the parabens act with other toxins present.
