I feel like i kinda think of safari-core vibes when i think of summer academia cores -- still neutrals with natural materials, but more like the field study abroad vibe. Love your outfits, i definitely need some pleated shorts! Its so tough not to just wear denim all summer but it feels too casual sometimes. I also love the ancient greek sandals you suggested -- i also see them called fisherman sandals. Theyre the perfect balance of closed and open toed for me!

I loooove the shorts in the first fit, they are such a pretty brown. Also I love the outfit at 19:00. I don't have all black items, but I could easily recreate this in my closet! I honestly would maybe even switch out the short sleeve polo for a 3/4 sleeve blouse just because it might feel more breathable.

Aqua collage has some really comfortable gladiator sandals-I own a pair! & best thing is they are waterproof 💦 & affordable. I bought mine on clearance at Macys but I think I have seen them at Wally World too🖤
