1. Sit up position, legs straight, feet up and down (tip toes), with hands over knees (50 reps) 0:05
2. Sit up position, legs straight, cross overs (feet over each other) (50 reps) 0:30
3. Sit up position, ½ Leg press (push both legs forward) (50 reps) 0:57
4. Lie flat, cross legs and push and pull legs to body (50 reps) 1:26
REST - Neck rotations side to side (26 seconds approx) 1:55 - 2:21
5. Lie flat, legs vertical, knees slightly bent touch shoe laces (50 reps) 2:22
6. Lie flat, crunches to knees (50 reps) 2:56
7. Lie flat, hand catches to sky (one each side, right and left) (50 reps, 25 reps each side) 3:25
8. Lie flat, rotate body (keep legs normal), and crunch ‘handshake’ crunch to right side (20 reps). middle (20 reps) and left side (20 reps) 4:07
9. Lie flat, right foot over left knee (cross legs), crunch to opposite knee. Then rotate (25 reps each side) 5:07
10. Lie flat, Abs rotation (around the world) towards right (25 reps) and Left (25 reps) 6:46
11. Lie flat, feet crossed (above ground) and knees in and rotate arms like bicycle and crunch towards knees (50 reps) 7:53
12. Lie flat, rotating heel touches to right (30 reps), to left (30 reps) 8:41
13. Lie on side, side crunches to right (30 reps), to left (30 reps) 9:47
REST - Wipe sweat! (45 seconds approx) 11:07 - 11:50
14. Sit up position, rotating leg press, feet off ground, hands behind buttocks. Kick forwards, right, middle and left (50 reps) 11:51
15. Sit up position, feet off floor prayer twist crunch to right (25 reps), to left (25 reps) 12:32
16. Lie flat, legs vertical, knees slightly bent touch shoe laces (50 reps) 13:04

I got a six pack just WATCHING this!

Manny’s preparation is elite, his ring IQ is elite, his speed is still above average, his footwork cannot be imitated, he’s definitely not just “passing” the torch. Thurman will have to awaken his inner dragon to take the torch from Manny.

I’m rooting for Pac! But good luck Thurman.

To those who don't know that's all Core workout with minimal rest, my core feels the burn I'm not even workout right now, it's because I know how all that feels so from watching this I can feel it damn, that's some serious Core workout.
