We here at Budget MTG Decks love playing Magic: the Gathering! Whether it’s Commander, Pauper or Modern, 1v1 or Multiplayer, Sealed or Draft, we can’t get enough of it.

Our vision of Magic: the Gathering is a game which encourages strategic thinking, social interaction and above all…fun! To make this accessible to everyone we decided to lower the two largest barriers which people encounter with this game:

1: Cost of building a Magic deck.
2: Complexity of building a Magic deck.

Our mission at Budget MTG Decks is to provide full deck tech videos describing ready to play Commander and duel decks. With in depth commentary on each card and overall play style. To make sure the decks are truly budget we have limited the price of all our cards to under a dollar (with exception of the commanders). Now everyone can join the Magic: the Gathering fun!

I'm not a big fan of gemhide sliver because I feel like the only reason we should be tapping our slivers is when we are attacking haha. But hey, I can see the merit. Good video still!

Really love all of your videos, but for a pauper video, I’m not gonna say that the deck is bad, but I definitely feel that WG Slivers is much better since it runs 12 lords and 8 sudo lords. It seems like a red green version of the slivers is a lot more unstable and is easier to deal with. Also, in general, pauper is a very budget format, so in my opinion, you can probably break the under a dollar rule in pauper since most cards are under a dollar, and only a few are not. For example, showing WG slivers with Sinew Sliver is $35, still very budget, and it has a lot more power in it. Just my thoughts, since pauper is very budget already (top price being about $100 for the highest price decks).

I already commented but I wanted to ask something. I have a pauper deck idea that I am having a hard time bringing to life. Didnt know if you guys wanted to give it a shot. Its a boros equip deck based around goblin gaveleer and militant inquisitor.

DAVE!! wazzup my man :-) .... check it out bro.. I just played my very first game of pauper last weekend and guess what kind of deck i made to play that very first game??? SLIVERS!! except mine was wubrg... the synergy is awesome with these critters. I really didnt have a build plan, i just grabbed a bunch of different slivers and made a deck. gemhide sliver really makes the deck go off. Thanks for this vid.. you got my brain wheels turning :-)

nice simplistic budget deck. will steal games. but this is really budget w/ no bolts. Message me ill freaking mail out a couple of bolts to a couple of people if they need them.
