Hi at 45:19 you have stated the answers in the drop down box that if u select any of these it will fall into category B.. I want to go for category A so which answers do I choose.. I am on a hourly base as a bus driver getting paid weekly.. Can u please explain as I don't want to get it wrong. My foreign wife in Guatemala has no ENG IELTS test centres or in ALL of Central America according to the IELTS website. Closest one Mexico which requires a tourist visa with financial requirements she does not fulfill. She worked as a fluent english+spanish customer service agent and I'll have to fly her 1 or 2 thousand miles away for an english test... Great what a joke :(

The Spouse visa technically doesn't have any restrictions for how much time you spend over-seas.

During the first term of my wife's spouse visa, she became pregnant and there was a UK housing crisis, so around 5 months pregnant we had no where to live, so left the country to ensure we had a place to live. We are going back for the second term, and i know this won't be an issue for the second term application BUT I am wondering when it comes to applying to PR, would this cause issues?

My current situation is that my wife is in the UK on settled status. She was working with an organisation before getting married came to india and was working as part time via the same company. We got married in Dec 2024. She went back to the UK in jan and now the same company has given her a full time salaried offer of 29k from may onwards. Just wanted to check if i want to apply for fhe spouse visa i have fo wait for the 6 months payslip to show the proof which means my application will go in only in November this year. Hi, I am graduating from my undergraduate program this year, but I will only receive my certificate on August 25. In the meantime, can I use my transcript as proof of English proficiency? Additionally, I completed the International Baccalaureate (equivalent to A-Levels) at a UK school, where the courses were taught in English. However, the diploma is awarded by a Swiss body. The certificate does mention the school and the language of instruction. Would this fulfill the English language requirements?
