I feel it’s a bit more tricky with e-commerce model businesses because we don’t want to be that spammy and sales but what information to provide that is valuable to the customer and what do the actually care about. I mean soap n candles not that deep lol.

One thing is, though, is that YouTube subscribers are on the platform but e-mail subscribers might be from outside YouTube entirely. So it's another traffic source I guess you could say.
