this is For creators who started YouTube recently, Dont focus on views because you don't know when the video is gonna blow up, it may take one month for the YouTube algorithm to push the video to many people, Or it may take months, Focus on creating clickbait thumbnails so that people will click on the video, after they click on the video you have to keep them watching as long as possible, Because watch time and click through rate are everything on YouTube, this is a big one, once the video is uploaded to your YouTube channel, Don't expect any views, just think about the next video..Sorry for my poor English i hope you understand what i said.

Really liking the "new" setup (new camera angel) having your filming setup in the background really emphesises the "creator" element of your channel. Just thought I'd mention that :)
For me, it's less about giving up (I don't think I could ever truely give up) but it's about not taking so long between uploads that OTHER people think I've given up. I think I've had that issue at least once every year I've been making videos. Unplugging is probably my main problem.
The "pressure" side of things is deffinitely the big cause for my issues. I'm an artist so I've always been just creating at my own pace. The nature of youtube and business, is consistency and schedual, and that goes against my nature, so while it's a character element I'm re-programming in myself, it's deffinitely a struggle and impacts the creativity and motivation.
