The region is of sublime, rugged beauty. The people are warm, friendly, approachable. Life goes on slowly, everyone, rivers, men and beasts, wrapped in majestic mountains. With many hardships, no one gets away with that, but with simplicity, and sincerity.

I'll never be able to visit this pair of valleys, to see those clean, cozy houses, those gleaming crockery that have lived for ages. My asthmatic lungs won't let me. I'll never learn that language, I'll never sit on a bend in those roads, staring at the crows. But these three hours have allowed me to be there.

You don't know how grateful I am to you for giving me this opportunity. God bless you.

That backstrap weaving paraphernalia is just like what my mother is using in weaving here in Ifugao, Philippines. Thanks for bringing us along to see these beautiful places and people. Keep on and keep safe!

...this feels more real, than most of the spoiled & decadent western society... of course there is much hardship, but its living with the raw forces of nature, close to survival in those harsh environments... people are more connected to their hearts than their rational minds... love this! Blessings to the Nepalese and Tibetan people!💖

Thank you for giving us this insight into the native cultures of Nepal. I spent a week in Nepal in 2012 and long to return to see the remote areas that your videos document.

I passed through this village in 2014 and stayed there a couple of nights on the way to and from Himlung Himal. I think it was the first or second year that peak was opened for commercial expeditions so still very few outsiders passed through the valley. Still one of the most beautiful places I've visited. Thanks for sharing!
