This video will tell you how to check your JioFiber speed using the MyJio app.

1. Open the MyJio app and log in to your account
2. Tap on the microphone icon in the search bar on the home screen
3. This will launch ‘Hello Jio’ and a list of FAQs will appear on the screen. Use the voice search and say that you are experiencing slow internet speed.
4. The app will automatically troubleshoot the slow internet speed
5. During this the app will check the Wi-Fi connection, account status, data balance, websites ping and will also perform the speed test.
6. If any issues are detected the app will redirect you to a set of next steps or to a chat agent

Jio fiber recharged but connection problem. Jio care not taking the complaint. Send service engineer.

I am a long user of jiofibre .THe first two plans are working almost at promised speeds but the 999 plan is a farse except for ott apps.They hide behind the automated services when you desperately try to contact engineers.The connection is always below 100 mpbs.The above video is misleading as the robot asst asks you to swich of wifi to check the wifi speed.Dont expect high speeds on higher plans.The LAN connected speed in ookla speed tests for the 999 plan is not 150mbps but 98mbps and to top it all a poor service.

There is no provision and facility on your toll free number and APP to register our complaint and to get its acknowledgement. Why so? It appears that your local representatives do not have any knowledge about your system, that is why they avoid solving our problems. Your online procedure is totally useless.

I am very disappointed because of your service I have raised in SR yesterday and they said that the engineer will come yesterday only but the engineer has not come till now and and I am very disappointed because of your service and I want to quit your connection so please send an engineer to my house as soon as
I have called the customer care but no one is sending an engineer
