I can confirm this did help me learn a backflip, my brother threw me 72 meters in the air and I flipped fell off the trampoline hit the roof of our house, got a concussion, got a skull fracture, got Intracranial hematoma, broke my neck, broke my legs, broke my spine, broke my arms, broke my nose, broke my hip, broke my ankle, broke my wrist, broke all of my fingers broke all of my toes, broke my femur, broke my collarbone, got a spiral, got a transverse, got a greenstick, got an oblique, got a compression, got comminuted, got segmental, broke my rib, broke my skull, broke my pelvis, got a Hyoid bone fracture, broke my arm, lost 90% of my blood. and I can still confirm, that while I'm on life support, that this did in fact work.
