i purchased a zenscreen MB166C but upon connecting the USB C port to my laptop, the only message I could see is "Type-C no signal". I downloaded all drivers from the support page, restart and everything. Laptop is MSI GF75 running windows10 x64.

Asus, why should I pay for the repair of your tech that's failed after only two years? I can't use one of the USB-C ports and the laptop fails updates, crashes, and doesn't restart after updates just switches off. Very disappointed. An expensive broken laptop I'm now lumbered with.

I tried to charge my Vivobook 16x (the version without Thunderbolt 4) through USB-C using my 100w charger and it turned off as soon as I plugged the charger on the port. It could be a driver problem?

Asus strix scar 17….usb-c not working when laptop is hot. Motherboard replaced same issue.
Asus says bring it to our service center. We will replace the motherboard again. They are doing this until the waranty runs out and then you need a new laptop. 4000euro for faulty hardware. Thank you Asus

Bad service by Asus in india. Anyone don’t buy their products. Don’t waste your money. It is been seeing too much problems on my tuf f15. It is been only three week since i buy it. Their quality sucks. Do not buy anyone.

recommend everyone who experienced this terrible event thinking your type c port is completely broken, follow the video from 1:50 minute and uninstall the port driver and reboot. I was thinking i broke it physically while carrying it around or being tossed around by kid. I thought my kids pulled the Type C cable while something was attached to it. simply a driver issue probably due to windows update
