We can add Router right why you have added two filters ? is there any specific reasons?

For me for first run only flag is updating and if i run the workflow again then new record is inserting into the target. in one run why update and insert not happening anyone please let me know

You Forgot to tell these option-
For update-choose only update as update.
for update-insert-choose insert.
for insert choose insert and uncheck delete option in edit task mapping.
