I love how these guys properly change their tone when it's a serious issue. Nick especially does these types of segments very well, particularly compared to his normal trolling self. I remember when he did the Tiers after the Damar Hamlin incident and nailed it perfectly, even putting on a Bills hat.

Tua needs to talk to Andrew Luck and hang it up. You got that 9-figure injury guarantee contract, take it and enjoy your life!

Tua at 26 has generational wealth. Walk away while you still have your faculties intact, man. He doesn't need to prove anything to anyone

I'm a Bills fan. I hate myself for coming here and liking Nick's empathy, insight, wit, humor and fairness. Life was so much easier when I hated his guts, dismissed everything he said, and lived to see his humiliation when he blew a prediction. I guess it's just part of growing up. I really hope I can reach adulthood when I turn 70 next year.

Never thought I’d hear a tragic story about a guy being 6’6

Retiring at 27. Wildes, he has more money than everyone in this comment section combined probably for life.
He needs to stop playing before he’s a vegetable.

Who's ready for another less than 100 passing yards performance from Nick's new love Caleb Williams?? It's gonna be glorious Monday

I could not believe he not only dove head first but also leaned into it so hard. That was reckless especially for him.

as a Panthers fan i remember the sight of watching tears pour down Luke Kuechly's face as he was carted off the field for the last time with a major concussion

it's one of the most awful things to watch a player go through other than seeing them in their 40's/50's not being able to leave dark rooms without getting headaches, drooling on themselves, or (worst case scenario) literally losing their minds or going full Junior Seau it's fully Tua's career, his life, his choice, but man you seriously gotta think about the another contract won't buy him a new brain

Tua don’t have to give up football just playing. He can be a qb coach, announcer, analyst it’s other football jobs he can get.

i was already saying Tua was having the worst game of his life. Then it got a million times worse!

Side note,
This is why I like Nick. He feels like he owes us honesty and that’s all you can ask for. Even with his Biases. They are easy to spot and to entertainment.

While watching the game, couldn't wait to joke about the Bills dominating the Dolphins again.

But the Tua stuff completely sobered the situation. I don't want to see him hurt anymore. Seriously, he's a great dude & has a family. I hope he heals up. Sending love to Dolphins fans & the Tua family.

If this guy keeps playing and gets paralyzed or dies on the field these analysts will say "Someone should've stopped him"

I know I’m not the only one that saw tua start to scramble, thought “uh oh”, then saw the hit and immediately thought “that’s the last play of his career”.

He needs to retire. As a Bills fan when I saw that, I was scared for him. He led by his head and should of slide. I hope he gets better

It's sad but I hope Tua takes time to really evaluate his health moving forward. My favorite Panther is Luke Kuechly. It was a sad day when he announced his retirement. He was just 28 and still in his Prime years. But he made the right choice to walk away after suffering those concussions.

Not at all a Dolphins fan at all, but McDaniel planting a kiss on his head as they parted ways just about made me tear up.

From when I was 4 years old I was training in various martial arts to eventually compete as an adult because MMA was just starting to get popular when I was becoming a teenager. Then at 16 I had my first seizure, was told I had epilepsy, and that combat anything was off the table for a career, a majority of labor careers were gone, absolutely no driving jobs, etc.. I went from preparing my entire life for something to now trying to find a career that I actually enjoy. Tua luckily has been PAID before being put in this situation of needing to choose. He can relax knowing that if he chooses to retire from football he still can search for ways to make money with the money he has now. He'll probably start a podcast that would do crazy numbers.
