Has several generations of knowledge plus talent and information where to find it. Tony beeets has the killer attitude and a feel where to find it senior Hoffmans don't have any of this . The young Hoffman has a chance to make it but he needs to make his own way and maybe work for Parker or Tony for a year or two to learn from the masters.
