Maybe not the best weather, but a brand new Gevo leads a monster Halifax bound stack train!

An awesome bird's eye view of a very long and late intermodal stacktrain CN Z120 (Toronto, ON BIT to Halifax, NS Pace Yard) powered by Canadian National Railway locomotives 3292 (brand new Tier 4 ET44AC Gevo), 3946 (ex CREX ES44AC Gevo), and mid-train DPU 2825 (ES44AC Gevo) eastbound rolling out of downtown Moncton, NB on an overcast, drizzly morning hauling 224 cars (614 axles / 14,000 feet) of intermodal containers and track inspection car CNIS 412040 right behind the DPU. CN 120 will be meeting CN 507 at Springhill Junction, NS.

Filmed at 9:32am, Monday September 4, 2023 at about mile 123.7 of the CN Springhill Subdivision using my DJI Mini 2 quadcopter drone.
