Thank you, @teamhood for sponsoring!

Are we still in the #scrum vs #kanban combat or have we moved to a Scrum with Kanban collaboration? Is it combat or collaboration?

I really recommend introducing some parts of Kanban in Scrum and vice versa. When you have both, you have the flow and the frame system and the habit - the automated autopilot that helps you navigate through the processes around the work. Learn more on how to do it from my video on Scrum vs Kanban.

Today you will learn about:
- the differences between Scrum and Kanban in human language
- the usage of Scrum and Kanban among the developers
- the flow and the frame
- how Scrum helps creating a habit
- optimizing the flow
- Scrum with Kanban, Scrumban - how to do it
- the difference between a Kanban board and the Kanban method

Great video - what you are talking through in this video is very much like how most organizations and teams operate and the anti-pattens they fall into. Keep up the amazing content.

I want to thank you for this update. Those other videos were new when I started leading my team towards an agile transition. About two years on and I'm now an agile coach in a new job. Your videos were some of the first material I used to consolidate my knowledge and I still refer to them when I create my own educational materials. In fact I'm watching this one right now because I'm putting together a presentation on Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban to illustrate how we practice the agile values and principles through frameworks like these.
You are intrinsically tied to my agile career, thank you :D

What principles & practices can you apply in Kanban to ensure the team works as quickly as possible to the highest standards to deliver value ?

With Scrum you’d have a 2-3-4 week Sprint so a specific time by when the work commited should be completed

Nice video however I do not agree with the sentence around scrum being and Habit that to not touches the process. As per Scrum Guide, the retrospective section mention: "The Scrum Team inspects how the last Sprint went with regards to individuals, interactions, *processes*, tools, and their Definition of Done."
So the process is a key factor the scrum application and the team should think and optimize it sprint per sprint. More over the automation is something every team should think about because repetitive work is against agile.

Thank you for this helpful video! I just have one question! I’m a university student majoring in economics and management and I decided to focus my thesis master on Project Management and Agile approaches! Would you maybe recommend me some official and not so hard books/ articles on agile in general and on what Scrum a kanban are really like? I would actually rather not to focus it on IT-related contexts since it has nothing to do with my studies… so it would be nice if you could recommend me some nice materials that are not so It-related
Thank you in advance😊
