25 Of The Biggest Actor Transformations From Their First To Latest Movies

Actors come and go, but some names last forever. Even the stars of today who aren’t legends tend to have a lengthy career. Remember, every one of these stars was waiting for their big break to happen. Since then, they’ve fallen into type-cast and fallen out of that same type-cast just as quickly. This list is all about the biggest actors who’ve gone through significant transformations over their careers.

For example, Robert Downey Jr. was a bad boy in a lot of his early movies. The directors played of his ego and stature to make him a bit of a wild card. In his career’s redeeming years, he not only looks more mature, but he plays sophistication to match the ego (usually). Leonardo DiCaprio started off as a babyface teenager eager to go after the hearts of young women everywhere. Now he’s a rough, old-school gentleman-type with an everyday physique. There’s a big transformation there. Don’t even get me started on Keanu Reeves. He may not age the same as us, but he definitely became a completely different actor.

Don’t worry; the video isn’t going to be all about younger actors maturing into their careers. There’s some generational talent like Meryl Streep and Robert de Niro, who also make an appearance.
