Federal Judge Blocks Florida's 'Anti-Riot' Law

Florida's new “anti-riot” law championed by Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis as a way to quell violent protests is unconstitutional and cannot be enforced, a federal judge ruled Thursday.

We are discussing one word - "rioting". Expressing and speaking out is a right, it's first in the Constitution. Labeling it as "riots", is intended to bring negative emotions and rejection. Be careful, don't be played by labels and words, think deeper. Gathering and protesting is our right, preserve it and don't get played by emotions associated with labels.

everybody can protest but desantis law is for people that in the name of protesting theyre vandalizing and hurting people. Desantis law is a excelent protection for innocent people from criminals disguised as protesters. I definitely support and will support Desantis law to protect the innocent ones from criminals in the name of protest.
