W on paper, L in practice. Sigma/Orisa are better for poke while reins better up close. Pharah can fly above the radius of the vortex while echo/sojurn have a boost at the start of their movement ability so when they get out of the circle, sojurn has jump still and echo can just fly up. Plus the block ability is kinda useless. You get no buff from it and are just standing there doing nothing (sigma does that better with gaining bonus health from his). Also the ult can be cut off from any shield so rein, sigma, zarya and brig can just block it off. Seems like a fun tank to play though, I'm definitely gonna get the battle pass and try him out day 1.
