Save yourself time and just Chuck the wires directly into the drill, if you ever had a reason to do this to begin with.

Twisting wires is bad enough, look how long he carries on Twisting when he get to the outer sheath. FP basic insulation surely would have split

The other comments answer my question. I'm not a "sparky" and I was curious why one would combine all the leads in a wire. Insurance claim!! That's it!

I've only taken a basic course on residential and commercial electricity in high school so I'm probably not qualified. but i gota ask what is the point of doing this rather than loosining and sticking all the wires in the end of the drill and twisting them up that way or using a basic linesmen pliers? also why twist them up more in the same insulation sheath?
