The ONU is only about human rights as if there were no duties. A society or a child without duties has no meaning, and can't grow...
It is not enough to talk about it. Make an alliance with all the countries that share this idea.

All the 7 laws of Noah are already incorporated into Islam. A practicing Muslim follows these laws already. Remember, Muslims are children of Abraham and received their own commandments of daily prayers, circumcision for boys, modesty in dress, fasting and pilgrimage to Mecca among the most important ones.
