Power is the rate of change of energy per time, or P = ΔE/t. It's measured in units of Watts or W, which are really Joules per second or J/s. In this video I go over the basic definition and give three examples of using power to solve problems.

For example 2 when I get acceleration by doing (20-0)/(4-0) = 5, then use P = Fv for the answer I get 10, 000 J. Can anyone help me out?

for problem number 3 how we know it moved 5m it could move 1m and the velocity could still be 5 m/s
