I've used a Dremel to put a slot on the end of the bolts after I've cut the old intake bolts shorter when cutting the bolt heads off, makes it much easier with clearances installing the± intake manifile because with the slots makes it easier to remove the new lineup studs, also smart choice on leaving those rubbers off the front and rear of intake manifold and using a good rtv silicone. Well bud I really appreciate your videos have always enjoyed your content and appreciate the work you n put into your videos. Thank You

I always put some dabs on the intake gaskets to keep them perfectly aligned. Also, I put some around those water ports. Good insurance, and never gave any issues. But anywho, I like how you are very particular with the details. 👍 Can't wait to see it run with these upgrades.

This is a great video very informative. I love all the hardware store hot-rodding. It's great that you made a round stud for he throttle cable. but me being paranoid i would have added a jam nut to it in addition to the red Loctite.

As you probably know the magnum engines just like the Hemis are notorious for putting oil through the intake, so we have baffles under the pcv valve and we have the pcv on the passenger side front with a catch can, also, look in to the “S” bolt mod for the TB, I ran an accel 4bbl, but we couldn’t get it dialed in so I went with a 58 mm F&B that flows the same, build is looking good though, did Ryan tell you to upgrade the Injectors for the big TB? More air =lean in some cases

Thank you for the all the trouble that you have gone through to make this video!!!! I am in the midst of finishing off ... the key works there is Midst... 3 years a little here a little there.... building a stroker 5.9 ...408 total .. we are using Edelbrock NHRA Superstock heads for our Magnum 2.08 intake and 165 exhaust? maybe 160 can't remember right now... Eagle Crank etc...the heads have taken a boat load of work... so far flowing at 315 cfm...FI Tech ..still in the box... and we had a Custom Cam Made ... computer modeling with the regular cam ... too much torque off the line so it would never hook up...Oh we opted for a single plane manifold ... so much more ...SHOULD HAVE JUST BOT A Demon Engine would have been cheaper... If I don't have 25k into this build I would surprised...it's going into my fully restored 99 Dakota.. now to shop for some street strip Radials. Thank you again...You are a great mentor!

I didn't see any mention of it but were you able to get both TB butterflies to fully open when you put the pedal to the floor?

Where did you get that throttle and tv cable bracket from?

Just a heads up, the yellow Teflon tape is for gas as in propane or natural gas. It should certainly seal your water fittings perfectly fine but that's what it was originally intended for.
