There is not a huge difference but Pentax may have a slight edge. Pentax and Olympus may be the top two for color.

As for me the colours of Pentax are deeper and much more natural

Very interesting seeing a comparison of the K-70 and the E-M10. Image quality on the Olympus seems more colourful (particularly with the green leaves), but the Pentax looks like it has slightly more contrast with the vegetables + purple flowers.

Kinda similar, Pentax with more blacks in image, Olympus with blown highlights (in my opinion, blacks in image gives more depth). Are these in default or neutral or faithful? There are also settings in the camera that can allow you to make adjustments. Again, kinda similar (you could make Olympus look like Pentax and you should do that because you have to eliminate the sensor difference which is a Pentax advantage). But a huge influence in color tonality comes from the lens you use.

The boqua on micro 4/3's is not the same quality, were they taken at the same f/stop?

I really don't think you can compare the cameras when you are using a different lens with each camera body. The lens could just as easily be causing any differences in image quality as the camera is.
To test the cameras themselves, you should be using the same lens on both.
