You can save money on flying. You can train when you want, not just when the aircraft is available. You can time build with a partner to split costs. Cars will drive following highways, speed limits, and traffic, but you fly directly and at the power setting you want. If you are time building, low power settings are your friend. If your maintenance is owner assisted, you can save a lot of money while learning.
