Great mod for winter but I don't know about mud flinging in summer. My buddy has a 250 Quadrunner ( no mud guards on front) and he splatters himself with mud all the time. His front tires (factory) are just slightly sticking past the front fenders. In mud, the wider stance is going to fling mud up like crazy. You would need to extend the mud guards as well.

How did you get past the right rear valve stem hitting the drum when you flipped them?

Hello guy i just did the front bearings on 1990 250 4wd quadrunner im confused also about bearing specs pushed bearings to the ridge but after i installed the seals now everythings snug i can't move the collar but feel like as you said everything ls gonna get sandwiched together if not guess ill be redoing bearing sooner than later curious of your thoughts though..

OMG I need to do this to my '97 KQ (same as yours)! I just need to do the back 2 wheels. I replaced my front rims with 12" ITP Delta steel rims (which I had to modify to fit the bolt pattern), this gave me a wider stance. I'm running the more aggressive Mudlites XL (upsized 1") all around rather than those Mudlite LT's with only 3/4" thread. I might make a quick video some day. Cheers!

So to get wider stance did you just reverse the hubs.? PS have been following many of your tips. Got 2 beat up 300's and rebuild them now have awesome quads

Hi! The front looks crazy like that 🤣👍 btw my quadrunner has some play in the right front axle i belive. I cant tell if its the axle or the diff. I can wiggle the axle a litle bit by hand but there is no clicking or anything when i drive in 4wd and turn left or right 🤔

Did this on my quadrunner sxs im building had to change the upper shock mounts front and rear to lift it a bit.

hey josh I've been aa subscriber now for a while and enjoy watching your videos you do a great job on breaking everything down . here's my question tho, where can i get a front bumper like the one you have ? from all my google searches it seems its something that was made in Canada ? ive done endless searches and cant locate one anywhere . its perfect for a winch and adds extra protection for it . looked you up on facebook but couldnt locate you figure it might be faster than on here to get a response, thanks for all your info

I can't find any rims that will fit the rear! Mine are not very straight, starting to delaminate, and I can feel it wobbling, but the only other rims I could get were second hand and had the same problem

its no good, you can tell by the way the rim flexes. Looks neat but dont do this
