Exact way on how I purchased my first duplex. Couldn’t sleep without thinking about real estate, reading books, watching videos you name it. A knock on the door one evening from the landlords mother telling her daughter was selling in a few months and I should think about purchasing. I gave her a hug and said thank you. I couldn’t believe it. I truly believe that I manifested that knock on the door. She had no idea I wanted to be a real estate investor. It’s been blessing after blessing ever since. ❤❤❤❤

I used to do that too and it totally works. Now I don't do it anymore because I reached a point in life where I dont need more stuff and I can mostly aforde whatever I might want...now all I want is health for me, my family and friends. Health is THE MOST important thing someone can have.
