To start I just want to make a note. All coffee is different, some do better with a fine or a more coarse grind, some like to be brewed at higher temps, play with what you have to find the best results. As for ratios, I ask you this question how strong do you like your coffee?

Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way let's look at the coffee that we are going to brew with today. For this we are using a washed Kenyan from the Mchana Estate roasted by Proud Mary out of Portland OR. Tasting notes from the roaster are “sweet and creamy, nectarine, and raspberry.
