First day of my cycle Vlog. I started by trying the Phia Cup. Liked it but it’s too long which caused chafing and discomfort. Switched to the Flex reusable disc to try since I can’t do another day with the Phia without hurting myself. #menstrualcup #periods #periodvlog

Discs look very uncomfortable but probably are good. I'm not on my period, never had been. I'm glad I see videos like this to be informed into what I should use!

I use the "instead" cup ( like the og disposable disc) it's name changed now but I used that exclusively for a few years before I got my IUD and don't need it anymore. However I found your channel recently and started following I had no idea so many cups and discs have been created. I'm thankful though, my own daughter is approaching puberty and I'm thankful for the education on new products so I can help her.
