The anomalous story about forgetting how to write with a pencil... Sometimes when you are severely stressed, you can forget how to do basic things like that... But only temporarily. It comes back to you. The fact the writer had to re-learn how is crazy.

First story, I think it was your mind manifesting the snow. When we fear something, we often convince ourselves of the worst case scenario. My late sister in law died of cancer at a young age. I haven't been the same since. I'd often think that common symptoms that could be cancer in some cases, such as fatigue or upset stomach could be a cancer symptom. But when I go for checkups, my doctor tells me that my risk is low and that I'm healthy. But it feels so real. It's definitely your mind. They say the mind is a powerful thing.

My house is haunted. My boyfriend heard someone giggling and he swears it wasn't me. This is anomalous to his entire life of experience. He was a skeptic until he lived here.

The first story really got me too! A good warning not to focus too much on our fears. Think happy, so anomalous or questionable thoughts don't suddenly pop up in your world.

Very cool stories this time. The one about the anomalous snowstorm was really perplexing. I would usually assume it to be psychological, but that seems unlikely given all of the detail.

I totally relate to the pencil story glitch.
A few days ago I had to call to get service for my TV. The person asked for my phone number to verify my account. I drew a complete blank. I've had the same number for 25+ years for my business.
My brain scrambled trying to put numbers together and for the life of me could not think of any numbers at all.
Thankfully my employee of 20 years was standing there and told me my number. I had a really hard time understanding what he told me but parroted the numbers. He looked at me like I lost my mind....actually...that's exactly what I was thinking...I lost my mind 🤷‍♀️
