2 Canned Tomatoes
1 tuna flakes
250g Homemade Tomato Sauce
2 medium size Onions
5 cloves of Garlic
pepper ( add to your taste)
A handful of Parsley
1 tbsp of Aromat seasoning
1 tbsp Anise Seed
1 tbsp of Rosemary
A thumb size ginger
4 sprigs of Thyme
Vegetable oil
1 shrimp cube
2 tsp of Jollof Spice Blend ( homemade)
2 tsp of Curry Powder ( homemade)

The oxtail was well marinated, absolutely love oxtail. The stew was well fried and looks delicious. Very simple stew but turned out great. Having homemade tomato sauce always makes cooking a breeze.
