Nation-states strive for segregation from ordinary citizens and want to live on the backs of the people as a parasite with taxes and fines "milked" by the people, while adhering to extreme manifestations and views and most likely thinking that: citizens in principle they cannot live on the back of the state with money "milked" by the state, and it must be the other way around. Extreme state separatism adheres to extreme views which, by striving to differentiate itself from ordinary citizens, cannot agree with the point of view of citizens who are not part of government services, most likely the national authorities of the states have imagined that they should to have relations of power and subordination between state bodies and citizens, and not democratic equality, It is logical that the nation states violate:
