Here's a video demonstrating the sensorless algorithm that we call "Zero Speed Full Torque" on a low-cost outrunner motor for Traction applications.

This algorithm allows to reach very low speeds on Sensorless control and it provides the full torque of the motor to be utilized in those ranges, this algorithm is suitable for those applications that require full control over the Motor's speed in all the speed regions, down to Zero speed and up to Nominal speed.

The web based interface is a really cool touch, most others use some kind of windows only software for control, and people who use linux can struggle with those.

Nice demo. Once you have a patent or whatever legal protection on your design, it would be fantastic to have a technical presentation as well. Thanks for sharing.

Super cool. We're always looking for super precise low speed control with RC crawlers, you might be able to make a nice chunk of change licensing this tech to a crawler ESC manufacturer

Fajna rzecz taki sterownik. Przyda się do samochodów elektrycznych.

Why the noise at ZERO SPEED? It was good up to that point. Can you set this inaudible. Also what do I get? A code module to link? Can I change Acceleration and RPM on the fly?

I was given an electric smart car.

I both love it and hate it.

I would love to use one of these boards to upgrade the traction control. Long-Term plan is to completely replace all of the electronics. I also want to replace the entire wiring system with power over ethernet and/or ethernet overpower.

I want to make it plug and play by the time open source AI can drive.

can it run in either direction and does it know the direction it's running?
