So pleased for you Rob. Ours got blight and we had a very poor crop!

Hi Rob happy to see another video I always look forward to them. Hope all is well I've not had much luck with potatoes in the past despite how easy they are supposed to be to grow so will try your technique next time.
Hope the storm we had here in the UK didn't cause you much bother we lost a few tree branches (fire wood for next year now) but that's all even our Polly tunnel is still standing 😃👍. Sadly work or progress on my garden is going very slow always seem to be doing something else I really must stop procrastinating and get stuff done.

Interesting Rob about the horseradish. I'm growing mine in a pot as I read it can take over. I'm also growing potatoes in the ground so I'm interested to see what happens when you combine the two. Always love your videos.

Yuchuuu 🎊🎉💪👍 Congratulations, Rob! 🎊👍😅 It is amazing, loving your potatoes "beds". ✨❤️I remember Bill Mollison planting potatoes the same way. We were "trying" to plant our potatoes the same way here in Portugal, but it is too dry here for this 'method'. Your videos are however so inspiring, I want to give it another try 😆👍🙏💯🌟💥 Thank you, Rob 🌺

Po-tay-toes! Boil 'em, mash 'em, stick 'em in a stew! :D Great yield! You'd make a perfect little hobbit!

Don't eat the green ones, use them for next years crop. I think you probably needed more straw. Have you tried Yacon? I've planted it for the first time this year. I got the idea from Freedon Forest Life.

Hi. Well that's an impressive yield for so little effort! I tend to grow potatoes in containers (I don't have quite the same level of 'space' as yourself and it eliminates the problem of planting in the same place). I think I shall adapt your method and try growing some spuds in containers in spring but with hay. I'm curious tho, potatoes apparently require lots of water...did you just leave your crop or do you water and/or feed at all?

Brilliant! Definitely need to be trying this next year. We've been digging at the base next to our Hugelbed which worked great but I don't like the idea of disturbing the soil structure. How do you stop the hay from blowing away bit by bit?
