WAY BETTER!
The look on that lady's face as she pushed her stroller by while you were doing your Rocky 4 style training was priceless.

Holy cow dude your bowling game looks infinitely different! Ball motion, form, release all looks so good 🤩 huge props to putting in the work! I love the silly content but the bowling itself is how I found your channel. Great stuff keep up the good work!!

I like the super tiny counter clockwise rotation of the ball as you take the first step of the approach.

Looking good! First half of the game you were relaxed and effortless, second half was tense and forcing it. It's all mental now, stay relaxed and you'll kill it!

Swing is looking much better! Timing and backswing is improved.

However, I still think the push-away, backswing, and timing could be improved. There seems to be still very little push-away which leads to you pulling the ball backwards and up during the backswing rather than letting the normal pendulum action of the ball create your backswing. I think once you work on those two issues, the timing will improve too. Keep up the hard work! You’ll be crushing Forrest in no time! 😅

When you was on the front 4 I said the form looks so much smoother and effortless, great job 👏

Massive difference! Much "quieter" swing with better economy of motion and direction. I used to remember old videos where your back swing was at the cieling, your foot was almost parallel to the line and your arm was coming around side ways. Way way better now!

Way more compact and natural looking swing. Good on you not having too much ego to deal with the deficiencies.

Love the video! Your approach doesn't look awkward. And you should do a video of putting a bowling ball in your back yard and leave it for a month and we the ball reaction

Keep grinding man! Loving it. Looking much more effortless and the ball reaction looks much better too! I think this is the best version of your release we have seen.

You're a better bowler than I ever was, or probably will be. I still think it's weird how, every time you got a strike in this video, you seemed to place the ball on the floor and then push it forward. I wasn't surprised when you got that "double dribble" effect in frame 7. You seem to have a really smooth backswing, then you push down (or maybe the ball drops off your hand just a hair above the floor) to place the ball on the floor, then swing through. I hear the "thunk" every time you get a strike in this video. I bet if you could watch a 1000-frames-a-second video of your release, you'd see the ball swing towards the pins, then stop and go straight down (or at least stop moving for a fraction of a second when the ball contacts the lane), then go forward from your swing. I recognize it works for you, but ask yourself why no PBA pro I'm aware of gets that kind of "thunk" at the bottom of the swing.

Hard work and dedication is paying off. If I may, try pushing ball out more instead of downward, will increase speed and allow you to tighten up angle.
