Oman Air Business Class and Economy Class Review

My recent trip to Turkiye was the first time I got to fly Oman Air. my expectations were quite high..... were they met?

We went to Jordan in 2019 via Oman Air business class! Fantastic experience. My son loved the menu and service. Our layover in Oman was also superb. We were given a van that transported us to a hotel where a buffet lunch awaited us. Yes, the lounge in Oman was the best! Hope we can do this again.

Flying with them in from Jakarta to Frankfurt and Frankfurt to KL in September . Have been watching videos some say the amenities are sub par and just socks and eye mask and others a full kit. Do you have to ask for the kits and pyjamas?

Hi Ms. Ching. I really enjoyed your clear description of your Omani flights. Strange that a bidet on a long range plane comes as a surprise; I think this feature ought to be mandatory and lacking on any plane destined to fly for more than 6 hours. Hope Turkey lived up to your expectations.

That lounge in MNL T1 is appalling: dated with shocking food, but Oman Air's business class with Apex Suites is excellent, and the dining-on-demand extremely good.

About time NAIA worked with airlines (including PAL in T2) to seriously renovate and update all airline lounges in T1 and T2: better food choices wouldn't go astray.

Demolition of T1 and T2 and staged replacement would be another good move as these are relics of the 1970s (T1) and surprisingly the 1990s for T2, and again, shockingly austere, archaic and below standards for the 21st century.

It's 2023 not 1963!

I miss flying with Oman air. It's the only direct flight from Mct to Mnl. I never had a problem except for one rude Romanian stewardess
