SALMON TIRADITO

The Tiradito is composed slice of salmon fish, served with mixture of passion fruit, mango and fresh lime juice , with sliced onions, chilli, salt and pepper. Here i used chopped mango and avocado puree to give crunchy and mouth-watering texture.
