I was able to play when I had windows 10 and I haven’t been able to play in over a year since I upgraded just says unknown even though my motherboard has Tmp 2. I hate it and they need to fix it.

i only have this error come up with one of my accounts, i dont have secure boot enabled and my main works fine and has for years. my new account for some reason comes up with the error and i HAVE to have secure boot but i cant enable it. anyone else have this problem with only one account and know how to fix? secure boot is greyed out for me in bios and says 'not active' but i cant find a setting to turn it on.

I have a solution if the secure boot is still not working:
Enter BIOS

Restart your PC and press F2 or DEL repeatedly during startup to enter the BIOS.
Set the OS Type to Windows UEFI Mode

Navigate to Boot > Secure Boot.
Change OS Type from "Other OS" to "Windows UEFI Mode".
Save changes (F10) and restart.
Disable CSM (Compatibility Support Module)

Enter BIOS again.
Go to Boot > CSM (Compatibility Support Module).
Set CSM to Disabled.
Save changes (F10) and restart.
Set Secure Boot Mode to Standard

Enter BIOS again.
Navigate to Boot > Secure Boot.
Change Secure Boot Mode from "Custom" to "Standard".
Save changes (F10) and restart.
Verify Secure Boot is Enabled in Windows

Press Win + R, type msinfo32, and press Enter.
Check Secure Boot State:
If it says "On", Secure Boot is now active.
If it says "Off", make sure your system is running in UEFI mode and your disk is formatted as GPT.

i fix the secure boot issue now i have a new one, when i load the game up it freezes after a few mins of playing then when i close the game it continues to freeze my pc. ive looked everywhere does anyone know a fix that will allow me to play the game.
