Always the best golf swing content out there (IMHO)! Love the thought on knee/leg focus instead of hip focus on the downswing. Here's been my thought on the lesson tee... what do you think? The back swing proceeds "top to bottom" ... the shoulder turn (and not the hands) bring the club to parallel - and the shoulder turn on the backswing "compels" the hips to turn passively... the downswing, on the other hand, proceeds from the ground up "bottom to top" the back foot initiates the "knee switch" which gets the hips moving correctly which then gets the torso, the chest, the shoulders, and finally the arms and hands to fire sequentially... so the golf swing is "Top to Bottom... Bottom to Top"... am I onto something or where am I "off the rails"?

Excellent golf instruction as always, thanks to this chanel I've had something to really build on and my golf swing makes "more sense". The whole trick is not just knowing about it but actually practicing it..over and over and then over some more. Thats what I enjoy.

This video was very much a 💡 moment for me. Being a former pitcher, I struggle with “pushing off” with my Trail foot. The term “flow movement” was very enlightening. I can hardly wait to try this at the range. Great information and explanations.

Hi. Started following the channel.
I to struggle with early extension and rotation. 😂.
Does the position/setup of the pelvis at address play a part in ability to rotate?

I played around yesterday and felt like if the pelvis points more level at address it feels easier to rotate.

Love the "re-centering" tip. Also, on downswing, I have found lifting my right (trail) heel on the forward shift helps the left side into extension as the whole trail side gets into flexion (Dr Kwon, walking movement- Mike Austin actually identifies this as critical to getting on front post allowing trail hip freedom to turn after shift) . Your system using gears is a great visual and compliment to the kinetic movement they describe). Thank you!
