As a BBW associate just want to throw it out there that some stores have stop the 3-day grace period on emailed coupons, any store that has had their system updated cannot override that option so if the coupon is expired or not from your own email but a coupon site it will not go threw.

You can no longer use coupons 3 days after they expire! This policy changed and employees cannot honor them.

The thing I have always hated about Bath and Body works is just how many different product categories they have introduced and discontinued. Like Lip balm, body butter, shaving cream, etc.

This is showing my age...but my favorite scents were “Sun-Ripened Raspberry” and “Flowering Herbs”. They do re-release Sun-Ripened Raspberry annually but is NOT the same exact scent

I think they have the best smelling bath stuff. I miss their makeup and skin care. They had a peppermint face scrub I loved. It was amazing.

Stores no longer do the 3 day grace period. They got rid of that shortly before the pandemic. Also stores are cracking down on coupons- if you don’t physically have it on you, you can’t use it. They also no longer use outside sources like retail me not, I think it’s great for what they are doing with the coupons. No longer ignorant people can walk all over an associate with the previous usage of endless coupons!

Just an FYI, BBW no longer offers the three day grace period for coupons that have expired. Also, you cannot return a fully burnt candle. This is a supposed hack that's been around for years and it isn't even true. If you buy a candle, burn it a couple of times and don't like the scent, you can return or exchange it for another candle. But not if you've burnt the whole candle, as you've used it all.
