if premiere dont use your GPU here's an easy fix i found:
go to Preferences > Media, and Select both "Enable hardware accelerated decoding" (nvidia) > Restart

It increased my GPU usage to around 90% but still CPU is being used. End result is better with these settings. Thanks 😊

Thanks, this helped a lot! For me it was not the rendering but even during editing process the preview window could not keep up.

In some cases I think this method is not the best, Premiere pro now uses both gpu, you have to make some changes in PrPro preference tab

It helps in rendering, my Asus g15 2021 does not squeeze its GPU, it only uses from 03 to 14% of its entire capacity, and instead it only uses the cpu at 100% and this involves raising the cpu temperature to 96%. My PC is about to burn up and after configuring it, following the steps, it doesn't solve it. I would appreciate your intention to help me. Thank you, thank you very much in advance.

My GPU is being used while exporting video and normal playback in adobe premier pro timeline but when I just manually render applied effects from sequence setting to smooth down the timeline it doesn't use GPU
Anyone have an ideal??
