Thank for the idea, really it was stopped due to of PORT. if you have VPN then change your country or change PORT then it will work.

I found a fix! If resetting the port dosent work, right click on your torrent file and choose the option “Force Recheck”, and your download should start up! Hope this helps.

Holy shit it worked for me after three hours of tweaking with random stuff and reading a ton of guides. Can anybody explain how this works? Is it because the port blocks the trackers or what?
