De la Riva Guard Basics & 4 Great Options

This video shows the basics of de la Riva guard, one of the most useful and versatile guards in BJJ. From this position, you can sweep, submit, take the back in a variety of ways. This is one of the positions I’m not really comfortable in. I’ve tried it out from time to time and honestly do not do very well here but your video has a very good break down and it got me excited to go and try it.
