Applying an internal boundary condition in solving PDE using finite difference method.

In this video we have solved 1D nonlinear Poisson's equation in a double-layer medium.
Due to the changing of the relative permittivity from layer 1 to the layer 2, electric field is discontinuous.
We have utilized matrix calculation method and have considered a simple way for implementing the internal boundary condition using matrix size reduction in the MATLAB.
