Originally (back in the early 2000s, I had a shirt pocket and carried it there. Later I had a spot on my chest. I usually use a hip holster for the cell phone if I go out. If I'm in the house or office, I lay it down and use a bluetooth earbud. The laptop on the desk shows my messages and I don't have it near me. The older cell were much worse on EMF but that was before the higher frequency too. It will take years to see the real effect. I'm in my 50s so not to worry about kids. Good advice. I thought you would have more views on the topic.

And where should I put my phone while walking outside? And how far should the phone be from me while I sleep?
