Too both come in and gank between the waves and that lee gets blocked while noc has minion movement on his q was great moves.

Not really, since it was only for a sec he was slowed down by them, he quickly used his Q which works like Ghost making him ignore collision :) It gave him a big advantage :)

He runs through the minions, they block off some of his speed, making him very vulnerable to Nocturnes E spell :)
