Catalyzing Efficiency: Multifamily Lenders and Investors

Description:

Increasing the energy efficiency of America’s multifamily buildings could save building owners and operators, residents, governments, energy efficiency service providers, and financiers billions of dollars annually. Recognizing this, a new report from the Institute for Market Transformation (IMT), “Catalyzing Efficiency: Unlocking Energy Information and Value in Apartment Buildings,” presents actions that federal and local governments and energy efficiency implementers can now take to help these stakeholders better analyze and use building performance data to create significant savings.

In this webinar intended for apartment lenders and investors, participants will learn about the benefits of using benchmarking data in their standard multifamily business practices and hear from industry leaders who are successfully doing so while promoting energy and water efficiency.

Presenters:
Institute for Market Transformation
Community Preservation Corporation

This webinar is the final in a series of four examining the findings and recommendations of IMT's "Catalyzing Efficiency" report.

The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation graciously supported this work.
